• KCCMS accepts membership from the public. As a member, you get information about Kababayan activities,  a copy of the annual report and the right to vote and be voted to be a board member. Click here to download the membership form.

Be a donor or program/event sponsor

• While Kababayan is currently funded by the three levels of the Canadian government (Federal, Provincial and Municipal), there are some activities and programs that are not covered  by the funds. Financial and material resources are needed to support these programs and activities. Call KCCMS to discuss how you can support specific activities and projects like youth camps or workshops, family reunification programs, etc.

Be a Volunteer

• Volunteer work with Kababayan provides work experience to newcomer and opportunities to citizens to give back to the community. Call KCCMS to inquire about volunteer opportunities.

Be a partner of KCCMS

• If you are a community organization with a lot of newcomers as members, invite Kababayan to talk about settlement services and programs offered to newcomers. This will help your members easily navigate the Canadian system and facilitate their settlement here.
• Work with Kababayan to advocate for issues that enhance the quality of life of newcomer and immigrant issues like improving government policies and programs to facilitate newcomers’ transition into the Canadian society.
